| Will be on Dewert Lake in IN. Then on to Wawasee won't be in Michigan untill May 3rd. Will be fishing Hemlock Lake.

| Ill be on Lake Michigan on saturday and then i might just come check out things up at benton harbor. Whats the water in the river looking like these days?? Mostly whats it like out by lake michigan?-skeeterman- |

Hopefully Magician, but I haven't got a good answer from my father in law yet. If not there then I will be chasing browns in the Dowagiac Creek.
Has anyone been to magican yet this year? Any tips?

| I was out a few weeks ago (first weekend in april i think), it was just after ice out and the water was very cold. There were fish both deep and shallow but the fish shallow were extremely spooky...they were situated in sandy spots on the inside edges of weed growth. Jerkbaits and blade baits worked well but you need to throw them out there far because the fish will follow them for a short time..long pauses worked well. Good luck! Wish i could be out there this weekend but I have finals. One week and I'm done. I'll hopefully be out on Magician next Thursday tho!
