I'm going up to fish the East bay Sunday-Tuesday with Kelly. The smallies are locked on beds so it should be a blast.
I'll give the report when I get back |

Day one was very windy, 40 MPH Gusts. We fished a very small protected section of the East Arm. I caught around 40-50 males that were between 2-4 pounds. The water temp was 70 degrees and the bass were on beds every where. There were areas that had 20 beds right next to each other.
Day two was worse than day one. There was a north wind that blew frigid water into the bay. The temp droped dramatically to 51 degrees. We only fished for 30 min because it was cold being on the water. I did manage to catch 3 2 pounders before we left.
A more detailed report with pics is on its way.

I can have to bays in sight in 3.5 hours. The fastest way to get there is through GR.
