Heading up North for the weekend to Ludington. Hopefully will get into some smallies and Largemouth. Will let you know how I do when I get back. It's been kind of slow up there lately.

Fishing was tough over the weekend. The bass were hitting but nothing over 3lbs. They all stayed on the smaller side. You were lucky to even get a bass because the pike were hitting anything you threw. They were all in the 18" - 26" range. Over all the weather was nice and the fishing was fun probably won't be back up till the 4th.

Heading up North again for the weekend. Just curious if anyone on this site is familiar or lives around the Ludington / Pentwater area? I mainly fish Hamlin but was wondering if anyone if familiar with some other great smallie lakes near by without making a long run.
