Went out salmon fishing from South Haven but it was really slow. Trolled from 80ft to 130ft and only had five lakers, no salmon. Came in off the dunes at Warren Dunes in 12ft of water and caught 80 perch. Not jumbo's but good eating size.

yeah only 5 lakers! Thats great to hear there doing so well and making such a comeback. I seen quite a few caught in the river this fall and winter. I would take lakers over salmon anyday.

Going out again to the same place on friday. Hopefully we'll do better. The perch we caught last time were tasty!
