I fished an NBAA Singles tourney today and the fishing was pretty good. I skipped docks for the majority of the tournament and caught 4 nice keepers that weighed over nine pounds. I lost a nice 3 pounder by the boat when I was reaching for my net. That fish ended up costing me the first place.
John Gipson Jr. won with a nice bag that weighed in at 10.99 pounds. I did get big bas though with a 3.5 lber.
