We put in a small deck in our aluminum boat the other day, and took it to black lake outside of eau claire to test it out. I only grabbed one rod and a handful of lures. It was the first time i have been fishing in almost 2 months. The last time i went out, was in august when i caught a 5lber, which is posted in this forum. Well that wasnt good enough, and today at black lake, i caught a 6 and a half pound bass. It was 22 inches long and a total pig, chubby as could be. Got it on a cavitron buzzbait. Ill have pictures in a few days.

Sorry it took so long, it completley slipped my mind! Anyways, my dad gave it 7 lbs, i dont think it hit that mark. The handheld scale said 3lbs. I knew that wasnt right either, for some reason, the scale had a tare weight on it. I took measurements of length and girth, all weight calculators point to about 6 1/2-6 3/4lbs.
