good presentations to try april 26?

im hoping this next weekend to get out on to campbell lake in kent county. just wondering what would be some good lures and presentations to try. the lake has some good submerged weeds and also some boatdocks around the lake. it has some dead cat tails on the north end. can anybody give me some good advice

Well the waters warming up nicely and the fish are getting real active and moving up on the flats and shallows. Definately look for the flats and the scattered weedbeds. Just start casting at them with a Jerkbait. You might want to vary your retreives to figure out the cadence the fish want. After working them fast with jerkbait or a slow rolled spinnerbait. slow down and pitch them with a jig n pig. Thats really all ive been doing lately down here in Indiana and its a great pattern. Also look for any canal or marina areas that have shallow docks and weed.-skeeterman-

Use a huskey jerk, pointer, x-rap, or simaler jerkbait. Target the likely areas, and you can cover the entire area fairly quickly with a jerkbait.
