Does anyone know of any local opening day tournaments on Paw Paw Lake, or Magician?

Where is everyone fishing on opening day?

Justin

I wish I were going to Hardy but instead I think I'm gonna try the 4 Flags tournament on the river. I wasn't gonna fish anything but as it gets closer I can't resist. I have pretty low expectations because I have only fished that part of the river a couple times and haven't caught anything to brag about but I just feel the need to be out there somewhere competing so I'll take my chances. Good luck to everyone, whereever you're fishin it's better than workin. What'll it take to make a check at Hardy? I bet over 18 at least as long as the weather doesn't get too bad. The Buchanan stretch of the river? I just hope to have something to weigh in.

Scott.

Never been to the Buchanan stretch of the river. Does that include the Lake Chapin area also? Wanted to fish that a few times but never got around to going that far. As for Hardy, the spawn has been heavy early up there, so I think it will be coming down around that time this weekend, so I think 15 will be able to cash a check. We'll see. I bet it takes 20+ to win it, my guess would be 21 1/2. Well good luck Scott, and wish us well!
