NBAA Directors,
We wanted all of you to be the first to know that NBAA has entered a new partnership with Tracker Marine, Nitro Boats and Mercury as our new boat and outboard sponsors. Tracker Marine and Bass Pro Shops have come on board in a huge way and will be a huge benefit to our anglers and especially to our directors. This switch will take NBAA and its divisions to another level and dramatically increase participation in your events.
Not everything is firmed up on specifics yet, but we can say that you won’t believe the support the new sponsors are going to send to the local divisions. This will mean greater benefits for you, higher participation by local anglers and way more major prizes. We already have a commitment of four giveaway boats and two ATV’s plus a bonus surprise we’ll be announcing for directors. Also, the Championship boats have been upgraded to Nitro Z6 models with 150 EFI Mercury outboards instead of 17 ft. boats with 90 HP outboards.
We’re still working out some details on director deals on boats, but I have been assured that they will be available. Your local divisions will be receiving some great support materials from Bass Pro Shops, Nitro, and Tracker Marine. This is exciting news and each of you will see a direct benefit. We’ll be updating you often.
