It was a great day on the water today! My buddy Mark and I hit up a stretch of the DPR for a few hours today. Caught a ton!

Mark started off the action with a nice Cat.

He was tossin a Mann's minus one all day.

All these cats were nice fight fish! I say we caugh 6 a piece for the day?!

Then what seemed like a hour with just a few small hits and 2 nice follow ups...

This guy jumps all over my Mepps #3 Smile

This thing was runnin like a freight train! 5+ runs on my little ultra light pole!! LOL... Mark landed this fish for me:) Thanks Mark!!

We guessed... 28" at 5 lbs?!. We would have weighed and measured her but...

While handing the fish off to me for a pic she shook and slipped out of my hand and hit the water!! That's all it took! SHE GONE! At least we got 1! My PB pike as well;)

No more than 20" from the spot the Northern came from and 1 cast later this beast decides he want a piece of the UL too!! lol

She went 9lb 11oz at 25" Nice fight! Thanks Again Mark!!

It's pretty amazing what 1 turn of a river can do... Awesome!

A few Kitty's later and...

We couldn't believe there were slammin the #3?! 7lb 11oz @ 23" Fought harder that the first one ;)
